Marilyn Schlossbach is owner and executive chef of Tini’s Fish House, which is one restaurant in her portfolio of five New Jersey restaurants. Chef Marilyn works with the Tini’s Fish House culinary team to execute seasonal menus inspired by her travels and love of exotic cuisine.
